How To Claim

1. Purchase a Participating Product (by making payment in full) from a participating store from 1st November to 2nd December 2018
2. Register your claim no later than 30th December 2018. You may start the claim registration process even if you have not taken delivery of the product/s. However, delivery must be taken no later than 30th December 2018.
3. As part of the online claim form process, a copy of your tax invoice, the valid serial number and a photo of the serial number of your eligible product/s must be submitted online by 30th December 2018 (unless you are still awaiting delivery of your product/s).
